Standoff!

Written by Mike Gallego

Many of my friends are asking me to give my opinion with regards to what happened in Manila Peninsula last night. Well, I wanna keep quiet for now. I'm not in the position to give any opinion about it because I don't really know anything. It's a tedious matter; besides, it's already over. Let's just focus on the positive corners and be thankful to God that He didn't let anybody to get hurt or injured during the Manila Peninsula Hotel Standoff; although, some got really frustrated.

Kids, we're still too young to mind and think about the issue. We can let it all alone to the adults for now.

BTW. After three months, I've finally made an update to my Silipin ang Sagot: http://tanongsasulok.blogspot.com/. I was a bit challenged in answering the questions I received through my FreedBack.

u r a citizen of this nation kaya u r "someone" para magbigay ng opiniyon ukol sa standoff. tsaka u have a mind of an adult and i know u r much capable of giving sensible opinions

during the time of don bosco, he wouldnt argue about politics nor give opinions about what's happening. he propagates through educating the young in the workshops. then he contributes a living dream (the educated young) to the society. there will always be sense in giving opinions since we also learn from them, but there is a more productive way in doing things. you just have to choose the better things.

at least you recognize that you're not as capable as others to give opinions on such matters (though I know you're GOOD)same opinion as ken..

everyone's set with limitations. and as a high school student, you can do as much as blog (and give food to the beggars)and study hard so that when you grow up , blah blah blah (replace "blah's" with cliches :)

(i guess this one goes off the track on the issue regarding giving opinions...)
choose the better things?but what if you don't know which one is "better"? kidding..

you cannot always be as saintly as don bosco or as anybody else, but you can always play a significant role in others lives. Make the best out of what is set before you. (having a dsl connection, continue blogging):)

jigsaw barking off..

i agree with mr. anonymous. If you can't choose the better things (perhaps because you don't know which ones are better) then just make the best of what you have or of what is set before you. :):):):)
